Everyone Goes Mobile

What's up with guys in the house? It seems everybody goes gaga over 'this' new thing which has been discovered lately. The guys have discovered a new perspective in surfing the internet, a new kind of dimension, shifted completely from the conventional to mobile internet. It's madness here and that includes myself as well. All the times you can see us holding dear to our mobile-phone more than as usual. Login on to Facebook will never be the same again I guess. Be it in the class, at the mamak stall, lavatory etc, all you can expect is an instant post or reply. Surfing is never be the same again.

Most of the guy subscribed the Maxis mobile broadband plan which is free of charge. Meanwhile, since mine is Celcom, I had to pay RM20 for a week of all-internet-access. That would be an extra expenses since I already subscribed Celcom Broadband as well. Nevermind..my extra incomes from my part time job will cover the cost ( still didn't get the pay).

Speaking of my part time job, I discovered few things which is quite amazed me. Below are the photos I've taken from KAT (Koleksi Akses Terhad) room ( which is the working space of mine ).

Spaced Out. An in depth writing about the hippies and the environment. The naked model alone is attractive, and so does the content. I kinda like the hippies so much since everything is FREE..drug..sex..and rock and roll..haha..just kidding..

Samples of the content. Mind-blowing..Lots of photos as well. An remarkable insight from A to Z regarding the Hippies Revolution.

How about this? A rack exclusively for old - school home video. Among the collections are The X-Files, Blade, Starship Troopers, G.I Jane, Star Trek et al. Superbly vintage. I did looking for Mr. Bean, but to no avail.

Finally, the super-huge pictorial biography of Andy Warhol. So gigantic in a way that it won't fit your school bag. I put a normal sized book on top of it, just to measure the size. As you can see, it's one - fourth than the usual book.

Finally, this could be the last week in Puncak before Raya. A mass exodus is expected to begin this weekend. Some already planned to go back to kampung as early as this week. And I will bound for home next Friday for two weeks. Fly fly fly away...

Puff Puff

Yeah...believe it..The needs of cigars will rises by the time you are hooking up with ton of assignments. Especially those that needs extra brain-storming. The ideas shall appear in the forms of smokes from the cigars..Brilliant!

This one..awesome...I'll be the first in the line. But womens who smoke is quite common today. So, rather than blew, we could just share. A cigar can developed a friendship I tell ya...

Switching is depends. One of the factor is the price. I can get RM2.50 at my local stores. Yeah..believe it...

.......and for the record, I'm not promoting smoke....puffff!!

Brandon

Greetings air breathers...

It's the third day of fasting month, and as we speak, I just had my nescafe and a puff of cigars haha! I had to be carefully boiled a water, walking stealthily around the kitchen so not to create any attentions to my sleeping house mate..hehe..

It's that time of the year again for Muslims to fast in the month of Ramadhan. When the times comes around, my friends always ask me if I am fasting along too. Well, what I can say is, I don't but I can assure you that you have my respects. It has been 3 years, and I don't have any problems in restricting myself from foods and drinks during the day (cigars too!). fasting is nothing new to me. Plus, in our religions we did fast during the Good Friday. I am even grateful to have friends that invited me to join sahur and berbuka puasa. I believe that respect and understanding is the essence in living in the so called global world.

Last week on Saturday, I went to KL to attend the PC fair along with my mates, Fendi, Din and Kak Pah. Well, I spent a lot on that day mainly because of two thing.

First, I had to resolve my flight ticket to Kuching for the Raya break. Previously, I booked my ticket bound to Kuching on the 8th of September. However, after I found out the break begins a week earlier, I decided to amends the date. So the new ticket is 3rd September, and I'm going to have a two weeks of blasting holiday ( until 19th September ). Hell yeah. But, I had to pay RM153 for the amendments...sigh~

( Uiit!!..Fendi is waking up..Gotta finish the last drop of my nescafe!! Glup..glup... )

Next stop is KLCC. Darn..too crowded. On our way via LRT, I had to sandwiched between a crowd of peoples. I had barely air to breath, as multiple kind of smells roamed around the confined space. But it was a small price to pay as I had a mission, a mission that's going to add an extra improvisation in terms of telecommunication haha. Okay..I'l just get it straight. I bought a new phone. An HTC Touch 2 model. A touch - screen phone with internet - enable as well as Windows mobile features . It has been on my wish list to have my hands on that kind of phone long before. Mind you that I have done my research prior to the purchasing. The most important is the wireless feature. I always on the go, and internet has been so important. I need to have updates wherever I may be at any flexible time. The price? RM800...I tell 'ya, this is the most expensive things that I ever bought. So, extra caution is required in protecting this fella' haha..And much thanks to Aman for coming down to KLCC to add extra RM50. So much of a savior..I was kind of short of bucks at the time..hehe.. ( I already paid the debts ).

Therefore, crossed the HTC off the wish list..next is..ermmm...a pair of new boots? Nike? We''ll see soon enough.

Aiden for the wallpaper looks appeal.

I took me a long time to get used to the QWERTY keyboard. But, I'd master the technique quite quick in a way that I can texted even with my eyes blindfolded.

Sleepyhead

Hi..I'm blogging this post from my office. I began my SKP last Monday and today is the third day. I skipped to work on Wednesday ( I had Security & Strategic classes right after dawn..literally )and Thursday. I supposed to punch in at 2pm yesterday, but I decided that I need to skip in order to have a good rest. Yeah..I was bloody tired yesterday after a day out on Wednesday. We went out to watch Inception ( what else to pick? Airbender was released the next day), and I tell you, sitting there for 2 and a half hours was worths its weight in gold. We were baffled at the beginning ,but we began to grab comprehension slowly and surely as the story goes by. It was about seeding an idea and manipulating one's mind trough dreams. The endless spiral staircase was the one that impressed me so much. Wonder if I could built one.

Ok2..get back to work. This morning I was ordered to look for an idea in creating a multimedia application for PTAR Puncak Perdana floor plan. Now that I have two tasks in the bag. The other one is developing a web - based system which I have no idea what the system is called. My boss have a high expectation and it puts a great weight on my shoulder.

So far,I think it is quite cool to have study and working at the same time. In contrary, you get worn out so soon. Punch out at 1 pm, then off to class at 2. Twice I almost fell asleep in the class this week. I only get to rest after class on the evening. By then, I will take my nap. I tell you, even a short nap can cause me sleepless at night! That mean insufficient sleeps and as the consequence, the reluctance to wake up in the morning is very high. Huarghhh!! *yawning....

All I can think of at the moment is, I'm getting RM4 richer by the hour.

And yeah..I'm kinda sleepy right now...
